About the terms and conditions
These Terms of Use apply to the use of this website, the customer portal and the associated support services. By using the service, the user accepts these terms.
Purpose of the service
The service is used to handle support issues, operational information, communication and related functions between Driftpunkt and customers or other authorized users.
Account and permissions
- The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct and up-to-date.
- Login details must be handled securely and must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
- Accounts may only be used by the person or organization to whom the permission has been granted
- Nyttodata Support may suspend or limit accounts in case of suspected abuse, security risk or violation of the terms and conditions.
Permitted use
The Service may only be used for legitimate support and operational purposes. It is not permitted to attempt to disrupt the Service, circumvent security features, upload malicious code, or use the Service in a way that could harm Nyttodata, other customers, or third parties.
Customer responsibilities
The user is responsible for the content of the cases, messages and attachments submitted. Material may not be illegal, offensive, misleading or contain malicious code. The user is also responsible for not providing more personal data than necessary.
Availability and changes
Nyttodata Support strives for high availability but does not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or errors. Planned maintenance, security measures, updates or unforeseen incidents may affect availability.
Intellectual property rights
The website, customer portal, design, code, texts and other materials belong to Driftpunkt or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, sold, distributed or used outside of its intended purpose without permission.
Limitation of liability
Nyttodata Support is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or other consequential damages, to the extent such limitation is permitted by law. The service is provided as is unless otherwise provided by a separate agreement.
Personuppgifter
Behandling av personuppgifter regleras i vår [Integritetspolicy](/integritetspolicy). Om användningen av tjänsten innebär behandling av personuppgifter for kunds räkning kan ytterligare avtal eller instruktioner behöva gälla.
Shutdown and termination
Nyttodata Support may temporarily or permanently suspend access to the service in the event of security incidents, breach of contract, non-payment, misuse or when required for operation and maintenance.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law or special agreement. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue between the parties.
